Hello fellow human. I’m Jesper, a designer of visual identities and brand experiences that stand out and move brands forward, rooted in a solid strategy and deep understanding of my clients’ business. I also enjoy working in roles focused on strategic, proactive design and creative leadership.
With over 15 years of experience in design and visual communication, I’ve worked both as a freelance consultant and as part of agencies and in-house teams. My work spans government agencies with high accessibility standards, startups seeking differentiation in digital landscapes, and fintech scaleups expanding into new markets.
My strengths include visual identities, creative direction and support, typography, accessibility and brand management.
I, like most visual communicators today, explore visuals generated by AI. But my view on AI as a comprehensive tool for creating visual identities and coherent communication is frankly: underwhelming.
Ask me again in two months. You might get a different answer, considering our ever-increasing development pace in the field.
I believe the use of AI to replace humans can be effective for some brands, but devastating to others. Before cost savings and efficiency, we should talk about what we’re actually saying, which values we’re representing, and how we are perceived by our audience when using AI in our branding and creative efforts?
